Lead Generation Specialist Hourly + Bonuses | Field Marketing | Community-Facing Role
If you love talking to people, staying active, and being the face of a brand - without the pressure of closing sales - this role offers flexibility, variety, and be the face of a brand and product people actually enjoy engaging with. This position plays a key role in generating new opportunities for the design team by engaging customers, building relationships, and representing Closet Factory in the community.

What You'll Be Doing
• Engaging customers at our Lowe's Mobile Showroom
• Coordinating mobile showroom rotation with Lowe's and Closet Factory management
• Staffing and representing the mobile showroom at events
• Welcoming and educating clients in the showroom
• Starting natural conversations and identifying interest
• Generating leads for Closet Factory designers
• Supporting designers with lead-generation best practices
• Assisting with real estate "Lunch & Learn" events
• Networking at community and charity events
• Accurately tracking and documenting leads
• Working Costco roadshow events
This role blends retail engagement, professional outreach, and internal collaboration.
