Closet Factory of Boston is hiring Production Associates / Factory Workers to join our manufacturing team in Wilmington, MA. We build custom closets, cabinetry, and home organization systems, and weโ€™re looking for reliable, hands-on individuals who take pride in quality work.

If you have experience with hand tools, woodworking, assembly, or manufacturing, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a stable, team-oriented environment.


What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Assemble closet components including drawers, doors, and shelving systems
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
  • Measure, cut, and prepare wood and laminate materials
  • Read and follow work orders and production specs
  • Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Package and stage completed orders for installation
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training available if needed)
  • Maintain a clean and safe manufacturing environment
  • Occasionally assist with local deliveries

Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, woodworking, carpentry, or assembly preferred
  • Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions
