Factory workers often follow specific safety and efficiency procedures to ensure high-quality output and a safe working environment. This role typically requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks. Factory workers may work in various industries, such as automotive, electronics, food processing, and textiles.

What are the duties and responsibilities of a factory worker?

The duties and responsibilities of a factory worker vary depending on the purpose of the factory. As a factory worker, you take part in at least one aspect of the manufacturing or production process.
