As a Steward, you’ll play one of the most important roles in supporting our full-service restaurant, serving as the go to person for all food, beverage, and supplies. What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary support for all food, beverage, and supply needs
  • Place orders while maintaining accurate documentation and inventory logs
  • Receive and inspect deliveries, verifying order accuracy, weights, and measurements while ensuring items meet quality standards
  • Stock, zone, and organize inventory in designated areas, including dry storage, coolers, and freezers
  • Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices
  • Maintain organized storage systems that support kitchen efficiency and accessibility
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Work with speed and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Follow instructions accurately, completing assigned tasks with consistency and attention to detail
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, fostering positive vendor relations
  • Demonstrate leadership through accountability, problem solving, and upholding standards

Your Background
  • Previous restaurant, kitchen, or food service industry experience preferred
  • Experience with inventory, ordering, receiving, or supply management, a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to maintain accuracy with attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and organized team player
