Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician
3+ Years Experience Dispatch From Home Take-Home Truck
K&D Factory Service is hiring experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technicians throughout Pennsylvania.
Start and end your day from home. You'll be dispatched directly to customer locations in a fully stocked take-home service truck with a company gas card. You'll work within an assigned local territory - not travel across the state.
K&D has been serving Pennsylvania since 1945, providing commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and foodservice equipment service to restaurants, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, and other commercial facilities.

What You'll Do
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment
  • Complete dispatched service calls within your assigned territory
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
  • Provide professional service and communicate directly with customers
  • Accurately document service calls using a company-provided tablet
  • Maintain your company-issued vehicle, tools, and equipment
  • Participate in the on-call rotation

What You Need
  • 3+ years of HVAC/R service experience or related industry experience
  • EPA Type II certification minimum
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Driving record that meets company safety standards
  • CFESA certification or manufacturer training is a plus
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screen
