Commercial Kitchen Service Technician (Hot side)
Multiple Locations Across Pennsylvania Full-Time
Experienced Technicians Wanted (2+ Years)
K&D Factory Service has been servicing the Keystone State since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. We are seeking Technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join our team!
What You'll Do:
  • Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems on commercial equipment
  • Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
  • Provide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members
  • Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)
  • Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines

What You Need to Apply:
  • 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment or in a related industry
  • Strong Knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems
  • Driving record must align with our safety standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
  • CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus!
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen
