Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Inspect parts visually for defects.
  • Uses Ohm ensuring collars meet quality standards.
  • Trims parts as needed.
  • Keeps a clean work area.
  • Reports all product and machine problems to Technicians or Lead.
  • Reports parts that may need to be scrapped to the Lead or QC Technician for confirmation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to read and follow specifications as required to mold required part(s).
  • Ability of read and write English.
  • Ability to work with minimum direction.
  • Abilit to identify different materials and products.

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Experience working in fast pace, high change environment.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:
  • Exposure to machine noise.
  • Typical office/factory environment with possibility of exposure to heat in production area.
  • Working conditions are normal for a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Work may involve lifting of materials and product up to 50 pounds and working in and around heavy equipment.
  • Working in this environment requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to, eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, and work boots.
  • This role may require walking in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
