A Day in the Life:
Provide high-level editing support for complex brands, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand style and regulatory guidelines.
Conduct thorough proofreading, copy editing, and fact-checking to ensure error-free and high-quality deliverables, utilizing digital routing tools and technological solutions.
Demonstrate strong brand stewardship, becoming proficient in assigned account specifics, generating and updating style guides, and enforcing regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including account teams, copywriters, and designers, to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
Provide mentorship and training to less-experienced editors, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team capabilities.
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring timely completion of administrative duties and alerting management when backup coverage is needed.
