We're Looking For A: HR Operations Assistant
Location: Memphis, TN
Schedule: M-F 9:00-5:30 pm
What You'll Be Doing: The Human Resources Operations Assistant provides vital administrative and operational support to the HR team across multiple distribution facilities. This role serves as the front-facing representative of the organization, ensuring employees, visitors, and leadership experience excellent customer service and professional engagement.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills while working in a multicultural and fast-paced distribution environment. This individual must be proactive, organized, and able to balance daily administrative responsibilities with larger HR initiatives and events.
โ€ข Provide on-site administrative support and coordination across both facilities to ensure consistency in communication and HR practices.
โ€ข Serve as the primary HR contact on-site, maintaining a professional and welcoming presence at the reception area.
โ€ข Coordinate and support annual HR events such as the Mid-Year Company Picnic and End-of-Year Holiday Party.
โ€ข Manage the employee store and maintain adequate inventory levels for both facilities.
โ€ข Oversee and replenish office supplies, ensuring efficient operations across both sites.
โ€ข Post and maintain internal HR communications through message boards and alternative channels.
โ€ข Support onboarding, engagement, and recognition initiatives to strengthen employee culture.
โ€ข Communicate clearly and consistently with employees, leadership, and visitors in a multicultural environment.
โ€ข Travel regularly between distribution centers to provide consistent HR support and presence.
โ€ข Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and reliable attendance as conditions of employment for this on-site role.

  • Experience supporting HR or Operations within a distribution or manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Event planning or coordination experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual/Spanish (preferred)
