Responsibilities

  • Perform routine facility maintenance tasks, including replacing and servicing interior lighting systems, changing lamps, and working with related electrical components.
  • Clean, install, and replace fixture covers, panels, and ceiling materials to maintain a safe and presentable environment.
  • Conduct minor repairs and upkeep of building features such as safety railings, privacy curtain systems, and workplace furnishings.

  • Ability to perform basic electrical maintenance, including working safely with lighting systems and related components under supervision.
  • Fundamental plumbing skills for minor repairs and fixture installations.
  • Experience with general building maintenance, including troubleshooting and basic repair work.
  • Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.

  • Familiarity with hospital infrastructure and operational systems.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude for working with building systems and equipment.
  • Comfort performing preventive maintenance tasks and documenting work as required.
  • Ability to move and handle equipment and furniture safely as part of daily duties.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset for maintenance issues.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with maintenance team members and building staff.
  • Reliability in working an overnight shift schedule.

Why Work Here?

You join a stable role with a clear path from contract-to-hire, offering access to a comprehensive benefits package upon conversion.
