*PHYSICAL *FAST-PACED *HANDS-ON

Iron City Gym is hiring a Facility Operations Crew Member for a 4-hour shift in our busy warehouse gym environment. This is a physically demanding facility maintenance and operations position. We are looking for someone dependable, energetic, and comfortable staying active throughout the entire shift.

What You’ll Do

As a member of our Facility Operations Crew, you’ll play a vital role in keeping Iron City Gym clean and running smoothly.

  • 4-hour shifts
  • Be dependable, self-motivated, and willing to get the job done.
  • Working in varying conditions, including heat and cold.
  • Ensuring the gym is clean, organized, and safe for members and staff.
  • Move efficiently from one task to the next.
  • Perform physical tasks requiring kneeling, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling and frequently lift, move, and handle equipment and materials up to 150 lbs.
  • Assisting with equipment upkeep and ensuring all machines are in excellent working condition.
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day operational tasks to enhance the member experience.
  • Collaborating with management to uphold the gym’s high standards.
What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who doesn't mind hard work, stay productive without constant supervision, and can handle a physically demanding environment. You notice what needs to be done and take care of it without being asked.

  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar role or related field.
  • Physical Capability: Physically capable of performing the requirements of the position. Including heavy lifting and repetitive physical work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, manage changing priorities.
  • Team Player: Comfortable taking guidance from others and sometimes working independently. positive attitude and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment. Positive , can-do attitude
  • Commitment: Takes pride in maintaining the gym’s cleanliness, organization, and reputation as a premier fitness facility.
