Job description

Join our Facilities & Housekeeping Team and support the heart of our Art/Creative Department! We're looking for a proactive, hands-on team member who's just as comfortable tracking inventory in the warehouse as they are changing a light bulb or fixing a desk drawer. If you thrive in a clean, well-organized space and love solving problems on the fly, this could be the perfect fit! 
Who you are:

  • Excellent relationship builder with communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
  • Able to maintain strict levels of confidentiality

  • Professional with a strong work ethic that demonstrates professionalism, flexibility, reliability, and accountability
  • Comfortable operation various equipment, including Electric Carts, Forklifts, and Scissor Lifts **training provided 
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative, and exercises sound judgement 
  • Excellent time management skills including multitasking and attention to detail skills
What you will do:
  • Routinely organize and catalog warehouse and storage areas 
  • Pull and return merchandise as needed 
  • Assist Team Leader with general facilities maintenance as needed 
  • Support housekeeping team as needed 
  • Perform work-related errands, including transportation of equipment between buildings/venues
  • Anticipate obstacles and take initiative to communicate and problem-solve before/as they arise
  • Consistently provide high quality work, often under the pressure of tight deadlines
  • Seek and maintain excellent working relationships across the Department and Company
  • Learn new techniques, tools, and technology as required
