Butler's Pantry is looking for a great team player to joins us as our Warehouse Facilities Associate 


The Warehouse Facilities Associate will take on a variety of tasks related to day-to-day cleanliness of our rental equipment, fleet and warehouse facility. This individual must work closely with the Senior Operations Utility Coordinator to ensure facilities and tasks are kept on task. This person must be reliable and committed to working in a physically demanding position.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

GET THE JOB DONE (The necessary stuff)

  • Maintain the cleanliness of all rentals at BP, the Butler's Pantry Design Studio and the warehouse 
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the entire fleet 
  • Support the unloading of event trucks 
  • Deep clean equipment and facilities as needed 
  • Understand how to properly run and maintain all dishwashers and three compartment sinks in all BP locations  
  • Report any building or equipment issues to Operations Leadership in a timely manner 
  • Follow the processes document in the BP cleaning manual  
  • Make regular trash and recycling runs to ensure the warehouse workspace remains tidy and organized  
  • Power wash blue racks and run milk crates through the dish machine as needed so the vessels we pack our food in are      sanitized  
  • Strike venues in an efficient manner 
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the exterior and interior of all BP facilities (including our exclusive venues) including guest and employee restrooms 
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the venue kitchens, including all prep and server areas on a regular basis 
  • Deep clean venues front and back of house on a regular basis  
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all machines/equipment at the venues - ice machine, coffee makers, dishwasher, etc. 
  • Report any building or equipment issues to Operations Leadership in a timely manner 
  • Assist with event setups - includes setting tables, chairs, linens, flatware, etc.  
  • Support the BP utility team with quarterly cleans and help during busy periods as needed  
  • Assist the daytime operations team with event shifts
