Job description

Northwest Permanente (NWP) is the largest multispecialty medical group in Oregon and southwest Washington with 1,500+ physicians and 300+ administrative professionals caring for 615,000+ Kaiser Permanente members. Northwest Permanente is owned and led by physicians who earn competitive salaries, without income based on providing individual services. Our medical group comprises board-certified physicians across 50+ specialties.


We invite applications for a Board Certified or Eligible Child/ Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our growing medical group at the Kaiser Tanasborne medical office in Hillsboro, OR. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care. You will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff. We use a combination of face-to-face care and the latest virtual modalities to provide evidence-based, psychiatric treatments, including primary care consults, crisis interventions and medication consultation.

What You Can Expect:

  • Provide care for Child/ Adolescent patients ranging in age from 6 to 21 years old, but primarily under 18.
  • Full-time, 4 or 4 1/2-day work week (1.00 and .90 FTE available)
  • 2 days at the Kaiser Tanasborne clinic and 2 or 2 1/2 days virtual care
  • No Call required
  • Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility

Minimum Requirements:

  • Board Certified or Eligible in Child/ Adolescent Psychiatry

Current hiring incentives for this role:

Student Loan Assistance โ€“ up to $125,000

Generous sign-on bonus โ€“ up to $50,000

Relocation allowance โ€“ up to $15,000

The annual salary for this position is $258,030-$283,590 for a .90 FTE, which considers an applicantโ€™s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, NWP offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
