Job description

Company Description

Paradigm Infotech. Inc is a global IT solutions provider focused on delivering customer value through high Quality Processes and Cost-efficient solutions. Paradigm has been one of the trendsetters in global delivery practices with our Client-Centric Model for customer management and delivery.

Job Description

THERE IS FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW

MUST BE LOCAL TO MN

The client needs a proven Java developer with extensive expertise and specialization in middle tier and backend systems and experience on large complicated projects.

Technology expertise:

Weblogic

ESB

JDBC

Eclipse

Spring

Hibernate

On their resume and in their experience:

Look for several years and multiple projects doing service or integration development.

Look for XML/XSLT development.

Look for SOAP based services.

The client is looking for an Java developer with 8+ years experience who has specialized in BACKEND development , not someone who mostly does front end work. A key thing I look at is if the resume/experience/projects has an obvious bias towards back end and integrations work.

A lot of the resumes I've been getting are not people with a lot of backend specific experience. The client needs to see clear Java  and Backend/Integrations experience on their resume. Little to no front endHTML/JSP/Javascript experience is best.

Thanks & Regards
