Location: Spruce View, AB
Job Type: Full-Time | Flexible Schedule (4x10hrs or 5x8hrs)

Join Our Team
Pauly Metalworks Ltd. is looking for a dependable and hardworking Shop Labourer to join our growing fabrication team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in a clean and organized workspace, and wants to build a career in the welding and metal fabrication industry.
Previous welding shop experience is an asset but is not required—we're willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Opportunity to expand into welding duties and/or apprenticeship is also possible.

What You'll Do:
  • Assist welders and fabricators with daily shop tasks.
  • Prepare materials for fabrication and welding.
  • Grind, deburr, and finish metal components.
  • Load and unload materials and completed projects.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely.
  • Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe.
  • Perform general labour duties as required.

What We're Looking For:
  • Reliable with excellent attendance.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Mechanical aptitude is an asset.
