Job description

At LTV ai, we're redefining email marketing for e-commerce brands by automating a lot of the day-to-day manual grunt work that goes into email marketing, from segmentation, to creating campaigns without designers, to personalization.
While increasing LTV and driving measurable growth, we help brands stay focused on what matters most - the customer.
Why join us?
We're a fast-moving team building a high-growth company that's transforming the e-commerce industry. Revenue is growing fast, usage is doubling every 3 months, and we're now scaling fast with brands like Fabletics, Sur La Table, J. Jill, Backcountry, and One Kings Lane already on board.
This is a true 0→1 product leadership role. You won't be inheriting a roadmap, a team, or a playbook - you'll be building all three. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders and the founding engineering team every single day, you'll own product end to end: what we build, why we build it, what's working, what isn't, and what we double down on next. If you want to shape both the product and the company at the ground floor, this is it.
What you'll own
  • Own product end to end - strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution - in lockstep with the founding team
  • Sit at the center of the founding and engineering teams daily: surface where people are blocked, clear the path, and keep velocity high
  • Design and run growth experiments, then ruthlessly read the results - kill what's not working, scale what is
  • Translate customer pain (and the realities of running email at $50M-$500M+ GMV brands) into a sharp, opinionated product direction
  • Define what success looks like for every initiative and hold the bar on quality, taste, and outcomes - not just shipping
  • Partner with AI, engineering, and GTM to turn our AI-native capabilities (multi-agent workflows, segmentation, image creation, self-optimizing conversations) into product brands love
  • Build the systems, rituals, and instrumentation that let us learn fast and decide faster

What we're looking for (ideally)
  • 3+ years in product, with real 0→1 experience - you've built products from nothing, not just managed mature ones
  • A hands-on builder, not a delegator - you write specs, prototype, dig into data, and ship alongside engineers
  • AI-first operator - your default is to reach for AI to prototype, run experiments, analyze, and build workflows; you're as comfortable in Claude Code, Cursor, or an agent workflow as you are in a roadmap doc
  • Strong technical fluency - you can hold your own with the founding engineering team on architecture and trade-offs
  • Sharp product taste and judgment - you optimize for the right outcomes and quality output, not volume or vanity metrics
  • Comfort operating with high autonomy and ownership in a fast, ambiguous, founder-led environment
  • Bonus: experience in e-commerce, MarTech, retention, or email (Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, etc.)

Compensation + Benefits
  • Base depends a lot on the person but we reward A players
  • Equity included

If you're curious, ambitious, and hungry to build something big, feel free to email our founder directly asad@ltv.ai - we'd love to hear from you.
