Job description

The Northwell Transplant Institute is seeking a full-time Abdominal Transplant Surgeon who has a strong background in Pediatric Liver Transplantation to serve as Surgical Director for Pediatric Liver Transplantation.

Qualifications
  • Completed ASTS approved fellowship training in Abdominal Transplant Surgery with preferred fellowship training in Pediatric Liver Transplantation/Hepatobiliary Surgery. Candidates with significant focus in pediatric abdominal transplant surgery without advanced pediatric transplant/hepatobiliary surgery fellowship may be considered.
  • At least 2 years post-fellowship experience
  • Proven track record of clinical excellence and surgical proficiency
  • Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
