YOUR ROLE
As a Radar Systems Engineer on our team, you'll.....
In your daily job you will:
  • Focus on development, integration, testing, and optimization of automotive radar systems.
  • Participate in the development and production of radar sensors
  • Develop subsystem specifications for elements of a radar sensor based on top-level radar system requirements
  • Develop test strategies and methodologies to evaluate new or competing radar designs
  • Identify shortcomings in radar performance, diagnose root causes, and develop design changes or corrective action
  • Develop new Angle Finding concepts and signal processing algorithms for automotive radar systems
  • Interface with multi-disciplinary product development team in support of design, integration and test of automotive radar systems
  • Present design concepts, radar performance and algorithms to team members, management and customers

YOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
  • 2+ years of either academic or hands on radar technology experience.
  • Master's / Phd degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical degree
  • Strong familiarity with radar technology, including system architectures, waveforms, antenna types, and basic signal processing
  • Familiarity with Microprocessor/DSP based hardware designs, and Software Architecture
  • 3+ years of experience in radar systems design, integration and test preferred.
  • Strong Matlab coding experience required.
  • Experience in development of automotive radar
  • Team player - highly motivated, flexible, and well organized
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communications skills
