Job description

• Strong EBS R12 Finance Functional/Techno Functional Lead Analyst for Functional Service Desk and CEMLI Design & finalization with work experience on EBS R12 in AR, AP, GL, Cash Management, FA, PA, SLA, iSupplier, Account Receivables (AR) and Invoice to Receivables Flow, Oracle Payables (Procure to Pay), Oracle General Ledger, Oracle Assets, Oracle Cash Management.
• At least 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS with minimum of 8+ years' experience in Oracle Financials.
• Excellent knowledge of Standard business process flows in Oracle Financials suite (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM,SLA,Ebiz Tax,iExpense) and related modules.
• Experience in Functional setup , configuration , gap analysis , writing functional specification , preparing test plan and executing/supporting integration and UAT testing.
• Proven hands-on Application Support maintenance experience on R12.2.X platform
• Should have worked extensively on Oracle Financials R12.2+ modules along with customizations. .
• Technical Experience - PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, XML Publisher, OAF, Shell scripts
• Provide workaround solutions if applicable, Functional Patch Impact Analysis, Interface with SME / Process Team/ User Community, Coordination with Process owner and Manage the Business Analyst team TAR / SR with Vendors (Open, Monitor, Update, Close), Root cause analysis, providing Functional solution design
• Experience in Incident Triage, Reproduce the Issue, Troubleshoot, Analyse Oracle application functionality, Setup, Configuration, Process and Data Issue
• Provide functional solution Functional Testing (Fixes), Analyse recurring issues,
• Act as Solution lead and SME for Finance stream, apply domain expertise and innovative ideas to architect/ design solutions; evaluate multiple options to meet client's business requirements.
• Provide innovative solutions based on client's requirements Competencies & Skills.
• Subject Matter Expert in Oracle Financials with Proven Communication skills (Verbal & Written)
