Direct Hire Class A CDL Driver –
Bulk Materials & Frac Sand HaulerPosition Summary

We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Class A CDL Driver to transport frac sand to oilfield locations. This position offers excellent earning potential, modern equipment, and the opportunity to work for a company built on strong work ethics, respect, and integrity. Drivers play a critical role in supporting oil and gas operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and equipment care.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Average earnings of approximately $8,000+ per month

  • Pay structure varies by client:

    • Hourly pay

    • Pay by the load

  • Compensation remains competitive regardless of pay structure

  • Average 50–60 hours per week

  • Monthly performance bonuses

  • Daily Per Diem provided according to Federal GSA rates

  • Retainer pay provided when required to remain "on the pad" for more than 3 hours

  • Employer-paid required industry certifications

  • Well-maintained, late-model equipment and tools provided

Schedule
  • Monday through Saturday based on customer demand

  • Overnight travel may be required

  • Flexible schedule to meet operational needs

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles hauling frac sand to oilfield locations

  • Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections

  • Comply with DOT regulations and company safety standards

  • Load, transport, and unload materials safely and efficiently

  • Complete required paperwork, electronic logs, and delivery documentation

  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and field personnel

  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company

  • Report equipment issues and safety concerns promptly

  • Protect and care for company equipment as if it were your own

Required Qualifications
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and overnight assignments

  • Strong commitment to safety and compliance

  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and oilfield environments

  • Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Certifications Required

The following certifications are required and will be provided by the employer if needed:

  • Safe Land

  • OSHA 10

  • Oil Council Card

  • H2S Certification

Pay Details: $5,000.00 to $8,000.00 per month

Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
