Position Title: Benefits Representative
Business Unit: Human Resources
Reports To: Manager of Benefits
Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for serving as a resource in the education, communication, processing and administration of the benefits to all F.N.B. Corporation employees and serves as team leader within Benefits Administration for assigned benefits program.
Primary Responsibilities:
Processes new hire paperwork, terminations including COBRA and family status changes as needed. Inputs leaves in EmpCenter for tracking and time approval. Files WC claims with 3rd party administrator and logs on the tracking report. Processes executive physical reimbursements.
Develops reports to support compliance and processing-related issues. Reviews and monitors LOA reports.
Submits First Insider articles and provides FNB Healthy Newsletter Monthly.
Coordinates onboarding including preparation of material and open enrollment communications, benefit changes, training and wellness programs.
Develops reports to support compliance and processing related issues such as ACA and HIPAA. Reviews and monitors leave of absence (LOA) reports. Researches employee issues and makes recommendations for resolution.
Monitors accuracy between benefit carrier systems to our internal HRIS system and takes corrective action as needed.
Manages WC claims with 3rd party administrator.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
