Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery and possess a keen eye for detail. This role involves setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Duties

  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and other machining equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to determine specifications.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
  • Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, materials handling, and fabrication processes.
  • Follow safety protocols in the manufacturing facility to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) for precise manufacturing specifications.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.
