A Taste of What You'll Do

Are you interested in working with a highly involved team to create innovative distillation feed material while gaining valuable manufacturing experience? The Livingston Extractor is seeking seasonal employees to support our 2026 Harvest season. As a member of our team, you'll work closely with Winery operations and maintenance to turn a traditional winemaking waste stream into a valuable distillation base material. You will be involved with all tasks involved with daily extractor operations.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Extraction of a variety of juice and alcohol products
  • Operating machinery and equipment
  • Cleaning and sanitizing equipment
  • Sampling and performing basic lab analysis
  • Landscaping

This is a seasonal position, with employment running approximately July-November. The hours and schedule will vary depending on the workload, but tends to fall around 40-60 hours per week during the peak, including weekends when necessary.

What You'll Need

  • High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
  • Required to be at least 18 years of age.
  • Required to work any shift.
  • Required to lift and move up to 60 pounds.
  • Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
  • Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
  • Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
  • Required to work overtime and weekends if necessary.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
