<>Lead ETL Engineer

We are seeking a Lead ETL Engineer to build and support a next-generation cloud data platform. The role requires strong hands-on experience with data warehousing, ETL pipelines, cloud platforms, data modeling, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain ODS, EDW, data lakes, and data marts.
  • Build scalable ETL pipelines using Informatica, Azure Data Factory, SQL, and similar tools.
  • Develop structured/semi-structured data ingestion and reconciliation frameworks.
  • Design data models, architecture, and data flows.
  • Drive data governance, quality, lineage, and security initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot production data issues and performance problems.
  • Build automated testing frameworks and integrate them with Jenkins/GitHub CI/CD.
  • Lead technical POCs and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of software development experience focused on data warehouse applications.
  • 5+ years in a technical leadership role.
  • 3+ years of cloud data warehouse experience, preferably AWS Redshift.
  • 5+ years of ETL experience, preferably Informatica Cloud.
  • 5+ years of Python experience.
  • Strong OLAP/data warehouse modeling and performance tuning skills.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, SOC 2, and PCI DSS.
  • Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fintech/financial services experience.
  • Experience with partner reporting, compliance analytics, or BI.
  • Experience building scalable QA and automation frameworks.
