The Sr. Population Health Operations Manager plays a critical role in advancing Privia's operational and value-based strategy. This individual leads and supports cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence, process innovation, and scalable transformation across our national network. The Sr. Population Health Operations Manager supervises and supports Operational Consultants to implement and optimize systems, tools, and workflows that support practice success in both operational value based care areas. This role is ideal for a strategic problem-solver and collaborative leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about improving health care delivery.

  • Lead and support cross-functional projects that enhance operational efficiency, data accuracy, and partner experience

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive playbooks and resources that standardize workflows, external communications, and task ownership

  • Partner with Salesforce administrators and technical teams to optimize platform functionality and automate manual processes

  • Support governance structures for communications, rebranding, and stakeholder engagement

  • Manage quality operations including CEHRT audits, CQM tracking, and provider provisioning QA

  • Triage and resolve data feed issues, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding workflows for partner practices, ensuring seamless transitions

  • Present process updates and strategic recommendations to internal and external audiences

  • Promote inclusive collaboration and transparent communication across teams

  • Celebrate wins, foster team morale, and contribute to a culture of growth and well-being

  • Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to onboarding and skill development

Qualifications
  • Masters preferred (MHA or MBA) OR equivalent Relevant experience

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare leadership, operations, project management, or process improvement

  • Demonstrated success leading or supporting cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable outcomes

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce

  • Ability to travel regionally or nationally up to 25% of the time

  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

The salary range for this role is $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15% & Restricted Stock Units. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
