We have over three decades of pest control experience throughout the Bay Area with our locally owned and operated established. We believe that service is one of the most important aspects of the pest  management industry. We have the credentials and commitment to provide our clients with excellent pest management solutions. We provide pest management, extermination and prevention services for both residential, industrial and commercial properties.
We are looking for an Office Staff candidate with a positive attitude to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
Responsibilities:
     *  answer calls/emails
     *  identify the customers needs, clarify information and schedule appointments and follow-ups
     *  data entry
     *  assist in document filing
     *  invoicing
     *  maintaining/updating files
Qualifications:
     *  High School Diploma or equivalent
     *  knowledge of computers
     *  office setting experience
     *  organizational skills
     *  knowledge of standard office equipment
     *  attention to detail
     *  positive can do attitude
This position is full time. Employee must be available to work Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm) at company office.
