Outpatient Extensivist Physician Opportunities Available - Full and Part-Time - Greer Transitions Clinic Seeking fulltime and part-time extensivists to provide primary care for critically/chronically ill patients after ED discharge through the Roper St. Francis Physician Partners Transitions Clinic locations. Employed position with Roper St.

Francis Physician Partners Primary Care Salary-based compensation model Fulltime: Four days in clinic, one Admin day weekly Part-time: Two days in clinic weekly North Charleston and West Ashley locations Full benefits and retirement Epic EMR PSLF qualified (private, not for profit system) Patients are insured, underinsured, and uninsured.
