Stohlman Volkswagen & Subaru of Tysons is a high-volume, fast-paced, family-owned and operated dealership serving Northern Virginia. We are seeking a driven and experienced Service Express Manager to run our express service lane.

Position Summary

The Express Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire express service lane operation, leading both service advisors and technicians. This role ensures seamless, efficient, and high-quality customer experience from vehicle check-in through service completion and delivery, while maintaining strong workflow control and team performance.

  • Dependable, professional, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Willing to complete a background screening
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
