Plan, control and perform all activities related to Service / Product Delivery and Technical Operations according to customer engagements in order to maintain operational integrity and product performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Support:Provide level 2 and 3 technical support during testing cycles and post-go-live phases, addressing and resolving system issues promptly.

  • IT Collaboration:Work directly under the guidance of a Solution Architect, executing technical tasks and contributing to the overall solution design and support

  • Business Collaboration: Ability to work with the business stakeholders to understand their requirements and to challenge them with a better alternative within standard boundaries of BY whenever possible

  • Data Management:Manage data integration and transformation processes, including the development and maintenance of interfaces between Blue Yonder and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, external data sources).

  • Customization and Enhancements:Develop and maintain custom extensions, reports, and interfaces using relevant Blue Yonder development tools and scripting languages.

  • System Maintenance: Perform routine system health checks, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system operation.

  • Documentation:Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test scripts, and deployment runbooks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science, and/or business, or equivalent work experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Supply Chain IT systems analysis function, specifically with Blue Yonder SCPO or similar planning solutions. Proven experience in a technical role supporting or implementing Blue Yonder (or JDA) solutions.

  • Deep understanding of Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Fulfillment, Warehouse Ops, or Logistics)

  • Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL, RDBMS, and Cloud Architecture, Korn Shell scripting, Batch scheduling design and support

  • Ability to "storyboard" complex problems for executives and manage high-pressure implementations.

  • Willingness and ability to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Wholesale distribution and/or retail environment experience is an added plus
