About Us

Holiday Inn Express Denver NE – Brighton is committed to delivering a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for every guest. We’re looking for dependable, detail‐driven Housekeepers who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a supportive team.

Position Overview

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas to IHG brand standards. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‐paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and reset guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and amenities
  • Maintain cleanliness of hallways and public areas
  • Restock carts with linens, supplies, and cleaning products
  • Report maintenance issues or room damage promptly
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and brand standards
  • Provide friendly, professional interactions with guests
  • Work closely with the housekeeping team and management to meet daily room goals

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience required, IHG experience preferred  
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and time‐management skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
