In this role, you will be responsible for performing quick, efficient vehicle maintenance services to keep our customers on the road with confidence. You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks in the express lane.
  • Diagnose and resolve minor vehicle issues efficiently using company guidelines and resources.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and environmental standards.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding service performed and recommendations.
  • Keep accurate records of services performed and report any vehicle concerns to the appropriate personnel.
