Heartland Express Driver Opportunity

We're looking for drivers to join our fleet to help us service some of the top shippers in America. Join our team and know you're amongst the best the industry has to offer!

Job Details for drivers running dedicated Georgia Pacific lanes from Tacoma WA to southern California markets:

  • Run from Portland, OR to Salt Lake City, UT market and back and forth
  • Hauling Georgia Pacific freight but occasionally another customer to keep you moving
  • Drivers can expect to get home for reset and occasionally thru the house during the week
  • Expected weekly miles in this lane will be 2000 - 2500 per week

Driver Pay Protection Plan – Your safety net for when things beyond your control happen.

  • Drivers will earn a minimum of $1,000 per week (subject to qualification)
  • This equals $52,000 annually minimum pay
  • 80% of our driver earn more than this - a lot more

Driver Bonuses include

  • Additional $.01 to $.03 per mile Safety Bonus
  • Additional $.01 on all miles for Hazmat endorsement (not required)
