They usually work for courier companies, online retailers, or logistics firms, ensuring timely and safe deliveries to customers. Their duties include loading and unloading items, planning efficient routes, and obtaining delivery confirmations. Express Delivery Drivers may use cars, vans, or motorcycles, depending on the employer and the size of the deliveries. They must also provide excellent customer service and adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Job description

We are the only FedEx Terminal in the Valley that does NOT HAVE FEDEX EXPRESS VOLUME OR TIME COMMITMENTS!!
Are you someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and providing great customer service? Are you looking for reliable hours and consistent pay? We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our team as full-time FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers!
In this role, you’ll be the face of our company—delivering packages safely, efficiently, and with a smile. We are the only the terminal in Phoenix that does not have FedEx Express volume making for much easier route optimization! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in a job well done, you may make a great addition to our team.
What You’ll Do
• Safely operate a company-provided delivery truck (step vans and box trucks)
• Deliver and pick up packages along a designated route
• Ensure timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining safety standards
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers
• Handle packages of varying sizes (you’ll stay active throughout your day!)
• Follow all company policies and driving regulations
Compensation & Growth
• $160/day during paid training (typically ~3 weeks)
• $170+/day after training, with increases based on performance, safety, and reliability
• $180–$200/day for drivers with 1+ year of FedEx experience
• Opportunity to pick up a 6th day for additional earnings
 Schedule & Stability
• Full-time positions with steady, year-round work
• Consistent schedules so you can plan your life outside of work
• Reliable routes and dependable weekly hours
• Most drivers work 5 days per week
• Opportunities for additional days available for those who want extra income
• Peak season offers even more earning opportunities
What We’re Looking For
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Physically able to lift and carry packages up to 150 lbs with assistance when needed
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Delivery or driving experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training
Why Drivers Like Working With Us
• Stable, consistent work—not gig-based or seasonal-only
• Supportive management team
• Independence throughout your day
• Active work environment that keeps you moving
• Growth opportunities for dependable drivers
If you’re looking for a reliable full-time position with consistent hours, competitive pay, and a team that values hard work and dependability, apply today!
