Explosive Blasters are responsible for preparing, handling, and detonating explosives according to strict safety protocols and engineering plans. On a daily basis, they assess work sites, drill blast holes, place charges, secure blast areas, and coordinate timing with site managers and other team members. Blasters must also maintain accurate records, inspect equipment for safety, and monitor environmental conditions before and after detonation. Collaboration with engineers, surveyors, and safety personnel is common to ensure successful and safe blasting operations.

As our Blaster, you will directly lead or assist in the design, layout, preparation and detonation of blasts at customer locations to meet the established customer requirements while ensuring safety and compliance on the job.
