Job description

C3 AI is seeking an experienced Video and Motion Designer to create compelling visual content that supports brand, product, customer, and employee communications. This role combines video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling to bring complex Enterprise AI concepts to life. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled visual storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and delivers polished, high-impact creative. 

Responsibilities 

  • Edit high-quality videos for web, social media, sales presentations, events, and internal communications. 
  • Produce brand films, customer testimonials, product demos, and training content. 
  • Create motion graphics, animations, and explainer videos that communicate C3 AI's platform and solutions.

  • Develop storyboards, style frames, and animatics during pre-production. 
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams from concept through final delivery. 
  • Ensure consistency with brand standards across all visual content. 
  • Support filming, lighting, and audio capture for live and virtual productions. 
  • Organize and maintain video assets and project files. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field. 
  • 8+ years of experience in pre- and post-video production, sound design, motion design, and content production. 
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. 
  • Familiarity with Figma; experience with Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus. 
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, typography, color, pacing, and composition. 
  • Experience producing content for brand, marketing, or digital platforms. 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Comfortable with periodic travel and handling production equipment as needed. 
  • A portfolio demonstrating both video editing and motion design is required. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in Enterprise AI or B2B technology. 
  • Familiarity with AI tools for generating stills, video, and motion (e.g., Runway, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALLE). 
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear visual storytelling. 
  • Experience creating product explainers, launches, and event content.
