Job Summary:
Brink's is a leading global provider of cash and valuables management, and they are seeking a Program Manager to enable the successful execution of Digital Retail Solutions initiatives across the organization. The Program Manager will lead multiple related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing resources, and delivering programs on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with key stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and measurable outcomes.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps, sequencing, and interdependency plans.
• Maintain alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
• Establish and lead program governance structures, including phase-gate reviews and steering committees.
• Ensure consistent standards, practices, and quality across all projects.
• Manage program risks, issues, escalations, and cross-project conflicts.
• Identify project change requests (cope, budget, time) when needed and facilitate review / approval.
• Maintain accountability to program (and projects within it) performance (to scope, time and budget).
• Align project charters, plans, and deliverables.
• Ensure accurate dependency mapping and resource optimization.
• Drive integration across technology, product, operations, and functional teams.
• Understand business outcomes and financial goals (revenue, OP, GM, etc.).
• Drive team to deliver on expected product outcomes on time.
• Own the program budget, funding strategy, forecasting, and overall performance to plan.
• Track benefits realization and ensure post-implementation outcomes.
• Provide financial transparency to leadership and sponsors.
• Own resource planning and execution to program needs.

Qualifications:
Required:
• 8 + years of experience leading large-scale, multi-workstream / enterprise programs
• Managing global (multi-country / multi-region) experience is required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• MBA is a significant plus
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred
• LEAN certification a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Project for the Web, Azure DevOps/Jira, and Power BI
• Strategic leadership and executive influence
