Job description

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and government services sector, is seeking a Application Developer Lead to join their team. As a Application Developer Lead, you will be part of the IT department supporting enterprise-wide software solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, technical expertise, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Application Developer Lead

Location: 100% must be local to DC Metro/MD side

Pay Range: Fair Market Rate

What's the Job?

  • Translate business and system requirements into Microsoft technical solutions.
  • Lead development teams in building large-scale enterprise information systems.
  • Oversee software architecture implementations, including integration points and data flows.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to development standards across multiple teams.
  • Provide technical guidance on design patterns, frameworks, and best practices.

What's Needed?

  • 10+ years of experience with the Microsoft Tech Stack.
  • Minimum of 5 years leading technical teams in Agile environments.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing large-scale web and mobile applications using React.
  • Proven experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and principles.
