Job description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service to join our RV and Auto service department. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the key point of contact between our customers and the service team, ensuring that repair and maintenance requests are efficiently communicated and handled. Your role will be essential in delivering top-notch service and making sure our customers' RVs or Autos are ready for the road.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and assess their RV or Auto service needs, providing an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
  • Create detailed service orders, clearly outlining repair needs, parts, and labor. Work closely with technicians to communicate job details and ensure efficient workflow. Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
  • Keep customers informed about the progress of their RV or Auto service, including any additional repairs needed.
  • Handle scheduling, ensuring appointments are organized and timeframes are realistic. Ensure all paperwork and documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and filed appropriately.
  • Coordinate warranty claims and manufacturer-related service requests with Warranty Administrator and the customers.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and service team to ensure clear communication. Maintain knowledge of RV parts and systems to effectively discuss issues with customers and technicians.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service, service writing, or administrative role (preferably in the automotive or RV industry a plus but not necessary).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computers or willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of RV systems operations and repair processes is a plus, but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
