Company Description Bruns General Contracting is an employee-owned design/build general contractor headquartered in Tipp City, Ohio, serving industrial, religious, automotive, commercial, healthcare, and residential development markets. The company provides new construction, building additions, renovations, and a full range of general contracting and leasing services.


Bruns General Contracting is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. If you thrive on keeping jobs on schedule, on budget, and built right the first time, we want to hear from you.


What You'll Do

  • Manage all phases of assigned construction projects, from planning through final walkthrough
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and change orders
  • Coordinate with superintendents and field crews to ensure work meets quality and safety standards
  • Review contracts, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and constructability
  • Track project progress and report status to leadership and clients
  • Resolve issues quickly to keep projects moving forward

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in project management within general contracting or commercial construction
  • Working knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
