Searching for an experienced Project Manager in the Portland, ME market with a company that I have worked with for years. Great company with outstanding leadership. Company has been in business for over 100 years and is one of the largest and well respected distributors in the industry.

A Senior Project Manager is responsible for running commercial construction projects from the time a job is booked through the closeout phase. A Senior Project Manager may be assisted by a Project Engineer, but is capable of managing projects independently.

A Senior Project Manager interfaces directly with customers and suppliers, and is expected to react expeditiously to jobsite issues.

Depending on the needs of a specific branch office, a Senior Project Manager may also be tasked with Estimating.
