If you're an experienced banking professional, or you have similar work experience with skills that will successfully assist you to grow into this role, this opportunity may be for you.
What your responsibilities will be:
  • While actively engaging with the customer, process customer transactions accurately
  • Understanding and applying bank policies and procedures
  • Provide a superior banking experience for the customer through a relationship building approach
  • Proactively seek and recommend the best products and services to fit the customer's needs
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales objectives
  • Accurately and efficiently process and manage customer transactions
  • Understand and navigate various bank systems and equipment (ATMs, cash counting machines, cash recycler)

  • Proven experience in a customer service environment, prior banking, or financial services experience a plus

Hours:
Full time 40 hour/week:
Monday-Thursday 7:45AM- 5:00PM, Friday 7:45AM-6:00PM, Saturday 8:00AM-12:15PM
*Saturday availability required, frequency of Saturday scheduling dependent on
location.
Compensation: A good-faith, reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $21.50 - $25.00 per hour and the actual offer will depend on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.
This base salary reflects one component of our competitive compensation package. This position may be eligible for an incentive plan and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
