Location: Washington, DC

Direct Counsel represents a prestigious AmLaw firm seeking a Midlevel Associate to join its International Trade, Investment Controls & National Security practice.

Compensation: $260,000 – $365,000 DOE

Key Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of legal experience in international trade and regulatory matters
  • Experience with export controls, import regulations, economic sanctions, and foreign ownership/control issues
  • Familiarity with national security and trade compliance frameworks
  • Strong writing, analytical, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage complex regulatory matters and client relationships
