We are currently seeking a full-timeReal Estate Tax and Audit Associate to join our team in ourAtlanta, GA office!
Workplace and Start Date:This position will be on-site in our Atlanta office with a start date of January 2027.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Federal and state, primarily partnership and individual non-resident income tax returns
  • Support senior team members to ensure compliance with tax deadlines
  • Perform technical tax research on a variety of Federal and state tax topics
  • Perform audit engagements with a concentration on real estate
  • Prepare clear, concise workpapers and other communications
  • Conduct technical accounting research on a variety of accounting topics
  • Participate in staff trainings and stay up-to-date with new audit regulations and tax laws
  • Maintain active communication with senior team members and clients in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage priorities and provide timely status updates to the team regularly
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • 0-1+ years of professional Federal and state income tax or external audit experience, including experience in public accounting
  • Experience in preparing partnership and individual tax returns
  • BA/BS degree in Accounting or Master's degree in Accounting/Taxation
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills in English
  • Process-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
