About the Role

As the first impression of our studio, you'll play a vital role in welcoming prospective members, introducing them to the Club Pilates experience, and helping them find the membership that best fits their goals. You'll build meaningful relationships, create an outstanding client experience, and contribute directly to the growth and success of the studio.

You'll also help foster the warm, supportive community that makes Club Pilates Brea such a special place for our members.

What You'll Bring
  • Previous fitness studio, boutique fitness, or retail sales experience
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • A passion for health, wellness, and helping others
  • Confidence closing sales and achieving performance goals
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and note-taking
  • Ability to learn and utilize the ClubReady software system
  • Proficiency with computers and common business software
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal, phone, and email communication
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods throughout an 8-hour shift
  • A positive, energetic, team-oriented attitude
What You'll Do
  • Generate new memberships through lead follow-up, consultations, and closing sales
  • Conduct engaging studio tours tailored to each prospective member's goals and interests
  • Build relationships with prospects and members that create long-term loyalty
  • Complete a minimum of 100 daily outreach activities (calls, texts, emails, and follow-ups)
  • Schedule high-quality appointments through proactive prospect engagement
  • Meet and exceed personal sales goals for memberships, retail, private training, and Teacher Training programs
  • Deliver an exceptional member experience from first inquiry through ongoing support
  • Represent Club Pilates at community events, health fairs, grand openings, races, hospital events, and local partnerships
