Job description

Lynch Logistics is seeking for CDL A Regional Dry Van Truck Drivers!

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Earn $1,250 Per Week 

This position is based out of Bangor, ME

Valid Class A License Required

1 year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience required​

Compensation & Pay
  • Mileage Pay: $0.65 CPM
  • Weekly Guarantee: $1,250 guaranteed weekly pay
  • Detention Pay: $30/hour after the first hour
  • Breakdown Pay: $30/hour
  • Stop Off Pay: $25 per stop
  • Tarping Pay: $100 per load
  • Clean Inspection Bonuses:
    • Level 1 Inspection: $100 bonus
    • Level 2 Inspection: $75 bonus
    • Level 3 Inspection: $50 bonus
  • Third Turn Pay: $100
  • Layover Pay: $200
  • 34-Hour Reset on the Road Pay: $150
  • Tailgate Pay: Customer pass-through pay
  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • Monthly Fuel Incentive Bonus: Earn an additional $0.01–$0.04 CPM
  • Driver Referral Bonus: $3,000 per referred driver hired

Equipment & Freight
  • Dry van freight (100% no-touch)

Regional routes primarily covering:

  • Northeast United States
  • Mid-Atlantic region
  • Virginia
  • South Carolina
  • Ohio


Job Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
  • Transport dry van freight across regional routes
  • Meet delivery schedules, including occasional expedited loads
  • Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers

Driver Requirements
  • Valid CDL-A license
  • Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
  • Clean driving record and strong safety focus
  • Dependable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing routes and schedules
