Customer Success Manager (Miami, FL)

We are growing rapidly in North America and are looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Miami to lead the deployment and success of immersive training programs for our customers.

Important: This is a hybrid position based in Miami, FL. We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating in person and can work from our Miami WeWork office at least four days per week.

Your mission will be to drive adoption, demonstrate business impact, and help our clients scale their training initiatives globally.

As part of the Customer Success team, you will work in close partnership with Account Managers, Production team, Product, and Learning Experts to ensure customer success, identify growth opportunities, and support the delivery and expansion of immersive learning programs across organizations.

• Partner with customers and internal experts to design and launch impactful training programs.
• Lead onboarding, workshops, business reviews, and other key customer engagements.
• Own program execution from planning through adoption, coordinating internal teams and proactively removing roadblocks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout deployment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, with high quality standards and a strong customer experience.

• Drive successful pilot programs and large-scale deployments across new and existing accounts.
• Partner closely with Account Managers to develop account strategies, support expansion opportunities, and ensure long-term customer success.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels, helping customers maximize the value and impact of their training programs.
• Measure and communicate program success through business outcomes and KPIs while driving adoption, engagement, retention, and growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand and scale customer programs across teams, sites, geographies, and use cases.

• $80,000–$110,000 OTE, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• You have experience in Customer Success, Program Management, Consulting, Training, or another customer-facing role within a B2B environment.
• You have successfully managed complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and are comfortable leading customer initiatives from strategy through execution.
• You excel at building trusted relationships, influencing stakeholders, and partnering with customers to drive measurable business outcomes.
• You are highly organized, proactive, and able to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• You are naturally curious about technology and enjoy learning new products quickly in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• You are passionate about training, learning technologies, or digital learning.
• You are willing and able to travel regularly to customer sites, industry events, and company gatherings.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Experience in industrial environments, operations, manufacturing, or frontline workforce training.
• Experience with digital learning platforms, SaaS solutions, or instructional content creation tools.
• Fluency in French.
