# Your Role as a Dental Assistant
As an essential Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in our clinical team, you will collaborate closely with Dr. Liu to provide exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities include providing comfortable chairside assistance, ensuring flawless instrument sterilization, taking diagnostic digital X-rays, and managing electronic charts. Dental assistant

Responsibilities: In this role, you will assist during restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and pediatric treatments. Daily duties include preparing treatment rooms under strict aseptic techniques, performing four-handed chairside dentistry, and capturing digital X-rays or 3D scans. Additionally, you will update patient medical histories, manage dental records via Open Dental or Dexis EMR systems, educate patients on post-treatment care, and support front-desk reception duties when needed.
Qualifications: Candidates must hold a valid Michigan Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license with radiography certification. We look for detail-oriented professionals with strong communication skills who make patients feel respected and comfortable.

Full-time $24 - $30 per hour
