For a $300,000 house, this could result in a commission of approximately $7,500 to $9,000, which is then split between the agent and the brokerage based on their agreement. No real estate license required to start. Once you're on board and producing, we'll help you get licensed so you can keep growing with us.
If you're bilingual, hungry, and ready to be part of a team that's built to win, this is your opportunity.

• Respond to inbound inquiries quickly and professionally in both English and Spanish
• Qualify buyers and sellers based on timeline, motivation, and financial readiness
• Set and confirm appointments for agents on the team
• Enter and update all lead activity accurately in our CRM (Follow Up Boss / Lofty)
• Follow up consistently with leads at every stage of the pipeline, short-term and long-term nurture
• Communicate clearly with agents and leadership on lead status and pipeline health
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs around call volume, contacts made, and appointments set
• Attend team huddles and trainings to stay sharp on scripts, objections, and market knowledge
• Represent the Davis Team professionally on every call
Qualifications
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required, you'll be serving Spanish-speaking clients daily)
• Sales experience required, real estate experience is a plus, but not required
• No real estate license required, we'll help you get licensed
• Comfortable being on the phone most of the day, this is a phone-heavy role
• Driven, consistent, and coachable
• Able to work full-time, including some weekends
