CityVet Thornton is growing! Dr. Fujikawa and the team are ready to welcome an experienced DVM to the team! The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and experience with surgery and dentistry. While they are well known as a staple in the community for exotic services, they would gladly welcome a DVM to focus on small animal medicine. They strive for a culture of a solution-focused mindset and driven by teamwork, trust, and collaboration.

We offer a balanced caseload that allows you to practice high-quality medicine while continuing to grow and strengthen your skillset. We're committed to delivering personalized care by offering clients treatment options that align with their goals for their pet's health and well-being.

Our team of certified veterinary technicians and skilled veterinary assistants is dedicated to supporting you in delivering the highest standard of care. We are seeking a full-time, experienced DVM to hit the ground running in January!

Our clinic is equipped with:

  • Therapeutic laser (Both a Phovia for post-operative use and a Companion Animal cold therapeutic laser)
  • Ultrasound (Piloter unit and program to help you build your skills in house)
  • Digital dental radiographs (handheld unit)
  • Digital radiography
  • Top-of-the-line dental equipment
  • Cautery unit and surgical equipment for both basic and more advanced surgeries
  • Exotics equipment (including dental and surgical equipment)
