Overview

Build Your Career with Rural King

Rural King is seeking an experienced Mobile Diesel Equipment Technician to provide on-site service throughout the assigned territory. Using a company-provided service truck, you'll diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain compact tractors, utility tractors, diesel-powered equipment, lawn tractors, zero-turn mowers, outdoor power equipment, and small engines at customer homes, farms, businesses, and dealer locations.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Travel throughout your assigned territory in a company-provided service truck
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain diesel-powered equipment

Experience servicing or repairing:

  • Utility tractors
  • Agricultural and farm equipment
  • Heavy or construction equipment

Experience with TYM, John Deere, Kubota, Mahindra, Massey Ferguson, Kioti, Bobcat, Case IH, New Holland, Gravely, Ferris, Hustler, Toro, Exmark, Scag, Bad Boy, or similar equipment is a plus.
Qualifications

Physical Requirements

  • Lift, push, and pull up to 65 pounds
  • Frequently move equipment weighing 30 pounds or more
  • Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the workday
  • Operate a company service vehicle daily
  • Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00 per hour, with exact compensation determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs. Eligible associates may also receive overtime pay in compliance with applicable laws.
